Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Add self-rising flour and mix until crumbly.
- Knead the dough gently with your hands to form a sticky ball, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces.
- Lightly oil your hands and roll each piece into a ball.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the donut holes in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook in a preheated air fryer at 350°F (177°C) for 6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the donuts carefully and brush with remaining oil, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
