Description

Achieve perfectly crispy skin and fluffy insides in a fraction of the time with this easy air fryer baked potato recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, 7 to 9 oz each
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, or use cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes under running water and dry them with a towel.
  2. Poke holes all over the potatoes with a fork, about 4 to 5 times.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle salt on all sides.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness by piercing with a knife; remove and let rest for a few minutes.

Notes

For best results, use russet potatoes and don’t skip poking holes to prevent bursting.
