Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes, 7 to 9 oz each
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, or use cooking spray
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes under running water and dry them with a towel.
- Poke holes all over the potatoes with a fork, about 4 to 5 times.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle salt on all sides.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a knife; remove and let rest for a few minutes.
Notes
For best results, use russet potatoes and don’t skip poking holes to prevent bursting.
