Description

A quick and easy recipe for air fryer broccoli that achieves a crispy texture without excess oil, making it a healthy side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 broccoli crowns (broken into large florets)
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for topping)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil, tamari, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between each floret.
  4. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can also experiment with different oils or add Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
