Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your choice of vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  3. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare your tortillas with mozzarella cheese and any additional vegetables.
  5. Once the chicken is ready, slice it and place it on the tortillas.
  6. Roll up the tortillas to make wraps.
  7. If desired, return the wrapped tortillas to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp them up.
