Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Toss the salmon bites in the honey garlic glaze until well-coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve hot with rice, veggies, or salads.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, or fresh salads. A squeeze of lemon adds a nice touch!
