Description

This Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon is quick, healthy, and packed with flavor, featuring a delicious honey-Dijon glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate salmon in two-thirds of the sauce for 30 minutes or toss until fully covered.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place salmon in the air fryer basket and baste with remaining marinade.
  5. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, depending on thickness.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with leftover sauce.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables, salad, rice, or quinoa. Garnish with lemon wedges.
