- 2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz. each)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate salmon in two-thirds of the sauce for 30 minutes or toss until fully covered.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and baste with remaining marinade.
- Air fry for 7-8 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Serve hot, drizzled with leftover sauce.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables, salad, rice, or quinoa. Garnish with lemon wedges.
