Description

A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked steak in an air fryer, delivering excellent flavor and a juicy texture.

Ingredients

  • Steak (your choice of cut)
  • Savory salt (or your favorite seasoning blend)
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Prep the steak by drying it with a paper towel to ensure a good sear.
  2. Coat the steak with savory salt, pushing it in with your fingers to enhance flavor penetration.
  3. Insert a thermometer probe into the thickest part of the steak to monitor the cooking temperature.
  4. Set the air fryer for broil mode at 450°F for about 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the air fryer when the internal temperature hits 120°F, usually around the 12-minute mark.
  6. Add butter to your plate and place the steak on top of the melting butter.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
  8. Enjoy your perfectly cooked air fryer steak!

Notes

Choose high-quality cuts and don’t rush the resting time for juicy, tender meat.
