- 4 Chicken breasts – bone-in, skin-on
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Mustard powder
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by patting both sides of the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients for the spice rub.
- In another mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the Alabama white sauce.
- Generously sprinkle the spice rub all over the chicken breasts.
- Preheat your grill to 425 degrees F.
- Sear the chicken, skin-side down, for about 20 minutes on each side.
- Just before serving, generously brush the hot chicken with the Alabama white BBQ sauce.
