- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, chopped toasted almonds, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
