Description

Delicious homemade clusters that combine the sweet, chewy texture of coconut with the rich nuttiness of almonds and smooth chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, chopped toasted almonds, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
