Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onions and mushrooms until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
- Pour the beef broth evenly over the mashed potatoes.

- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
