Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onions and mushrooms until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
