Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil, frying a few at a time until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
