Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract afterward.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and ground cinnamon until fully incorporated.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the lined cupcake cups.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. For frosting, beat together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  10. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes generously with the cinnamon frosting.
