Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
