Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
