Description

Crispy and tender chicken tenders wrapped in bacon and glazed with a sweet brown sugar and soy sauce mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to create a glaze.
  3. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the glaze generously over the bacon-wrapped chicken.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
