- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the prepared sheet pan, smooth side up.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping the chicken at least once for even cooking.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
