Description

Delicious and simple baked chicken thighs with crispy skin and juicy meat, seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking.
