Description

Ingredients

  • 200g Feta cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 150g Fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the diced tomatoes and fresh spinach.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Make small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  7. Serve warm.
