Instructions
- Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, peeled and cut banana, honey, milk, and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a slice of banana, and enjoy!
