Description

Soft and moist muffins filled with sweet chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Gradually add the flour and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with butter or coffee. For a fun twist, try adding a scoop of ice cream on top.
