Description

Delightfully simple Banana Chocolate Muffins made with just three ingredients: chocolate cake mix, ripe bananas, and eggs. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 34 medium bananas (mashed)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease each cup.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl, leaving them a little chunky for texture.
  3. Add the chocolate cake mix to the mashed bananas and stir until well mixed.
  4. Drop the eggs directly into the batter and beat with a fork before mixing into the batter.
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 16-18 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor. Do not overmix the batter for light, fluffy muffins.
