- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet and brush the outer edges with olive oil.
- Shred the cooked chicken and toss with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the chicken pieces and sliced red onion over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving.

For best results, let store-bought pizza dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before rolling it out. Monitor baking closely.
