Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain the excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow the package instructions.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the beef mixture, cooked rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo among the tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings.
- Optionally, grill the burritos on a skillet until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your homemade beefy melt burritos!
Notes
Add extra toppings like guacamole or jalapeños. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
