  • 1/4 cup Cajun spice
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup additional barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef Ribs: Mix the Cajun spice and barbecue sauce. Coat the beef ribs and marinate in the fridge for 1 to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F.
  3. Sear the Ribs: Heat cooking oil in a Dutch oven and sear the marinated beef ribs on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Slow Cook the Ribs: Return the ribs to the Dutch oven, cover, and cook in the oven for 4 to 5 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Baste and Broil: Take the ribs out, baste with additional barbecue sauce, and broil for about 5 minutes until caramelized.
