  • 23 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/41/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Position a rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easier cleanup.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  4. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  5. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the seasoning mixture using a brush or your hands.
