Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
