- 4 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- 8 strips bacon (chopped, center cut)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
- 1/3 cup green onions (diced)
- 2/3 pint grape tomatoes (halved or quartered)
- 1 avocado (diced)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt, then mix in the ranch seasoning and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and diced green onions to the bowl and mix well.
- Carefully fold in the halved grape tomatoes.
- Taste the salad and adjust seasonings as needed, then add the diced avocado just before serving.
- Store the salad in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience and add avocado right before serving to prevent browning. Customize with your favorite herbs or extra crunchy veggies if desired.
