Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp milk (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate morsels and blueberries gently, to avoid crushing the berries.
- If the dough is too dry, add the milk one tablespoon at a time until the right consistency is reached.
- Scoop generous tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For chewier cookies, do not overbake. You can also store them in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
