A delightful and nutritious treat made from Greek yogurt and blueberries, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a blender, puree the blueberries until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into molds or onto a parchment-lined tray, then swirl in the blueberry puree.
- Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop them out of the molds or break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Using full-fat Greek yogurt will give a creamier texture. Both fresh and frozen blueberries are great options.
