- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Boil the water in a saucepan and add sliced ginger to infuse flavor.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried butterfly pea flowers.
- Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain if desired or leave flowers in for a rustic look.
- Stir in honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
