  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring frequently until it turns a golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the browned butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until well combined.

  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
