- 2 cooked chicken breast fillets, coarsely shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo wings sauce (plus 1 tbsp extra to serve)
- 1 1/3 cups shredded light tasty cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 340g Woolworths buffalo style salad kit
- 1 avocado, deseeded, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan-forced).
- Line a large baking tray with baking paper to prevent sticking.
- Spread the corn chips evenly over the tray to form a thin layer.
- In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Scatter half of the shredded cheese over the chips, followed by the chicken mixture, thinly sliced red onion, and the remaining cheese.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted, and the chips turn a light golden brown.
- While the nachos are baking, prepare the salad according to the packet instructions.
- Once the nachos are ready, top them with chopped avocado, spring onions, and a drizzle of the extra buffalo sauce.
