Description

Deliciously buttery and garlic-infused baby potatoes, perfect as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
