- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
