Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return shrimp to the skillet and mix until well combined.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve the Alfredo sauce over fettuccine and garnish with chopped parsley.
