Description
A delicious dish combining shrimp and salmon with a spicy Cajun kick and a luxurious garlic cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet, gently stirring to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure to adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference. For extra flavor, you can add some lemon juice before serving.
