- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Add the fresh cranberries to the saucepan and let them simmer for about ten minutes.
- Remove the cranberries from the saucepan with a slotted spoon and place them on a wire rack. Let them cool for one hour.
- Once cooled, roll the cranberries in powdered sugar until thoroughly coated.
- Allow the cranberries to dry for a few hours before serving.
Notes
Choose fresh cranberries and allow enough time for them to dry properly after coating.
