Delightful cheesecake bars combining creamy texture with sweet and tart flavors of apples and caramel, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the sliced apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

Tip: Use a variety of apples for added flavor and texture; Granny Smith and Honeycrisp work well.
