A delightful dessert that combines rich brownies and creamy cheesecake, layered with chocolate and caramel.

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread half of the batter into the bottom of the springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and swirl with a knife.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, then add the remaining caramel sauce and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set, and the center has a slight jiggle.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Use high-quality caramel sauce for the best results. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for the best texture.
