Description

A delightful dessert that combines rich brownies and creamy cheesecake, layered with chocolate and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread half of the batter into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  5. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and swirl with a knife.
  6. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, then add the remaining caramel sauce and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set, and the center has a slight jiggle.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Optionally, top with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Use high-quality caramel sauce for the best results. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for the best texture.
