A rich and creamy dessert combining fudgy brownie with cheesecake and caramel drizzle.

- 1 package brownie mix (follow additional ingredients as directed)
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it into the prepared pan; bake as directed.
- Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
- Lower the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Add in the vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream; blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake the cheesecake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the center is set but still slightly jiggles.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven.
- After about an hour, allow it to reach room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened and don’t skip cooling the brownie base completely.
