Delicious and easy-to-make cheesy breadsticks, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the dough.
- Add the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into strips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadsticks are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
For crisper edges, brush the outer edges with extra olive oil or melted butter before baking. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
