Description

A delicious low-carb casserole that combines ground beef, cream cheese, and cheddar for a creamy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned, draining the fat.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until it melts and becomes smooth.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the heavy cream until combined.
  5. Spread the beef mixture into a greased baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until set and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
