Description

A delicious and comforting Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta that’s perfect for family dinners or quick weeknight meals with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and rich ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the ranch dressing and crumbled bacon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt for a couple of minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, microwave until hot, adding a splash of water or dressing if needed.
