A delicious and comforting Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta that’s perfect for family dinners or quick weeknight meals with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and rich ranch dressing.

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of ranch dressing
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and crumbled bacon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, microwave until hot, adding a splash of water or dressing if needed.
