Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Burger buns
- Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat or prepare a grill.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Make sure the patties are not too thick so they cook evenly. You can add different spices to the mixture for extra flavor.
