Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook in the same skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and slice.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Add spaghetti to the skillet and toss with bacon and garlic. Remove from heat and quickly add egg mixture, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
- Mix in sliced chicken, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
