Description

A healthier alternative to traditional pizza made with a ground chicken crust, perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pizza sauce (for topping)
  • Additional toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce and your choice of toppings, then return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve.

Notes
