- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden.
- Serve warm.
