Description

A comforting dish of tender chicken and broccoli in a creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden.
  7. Serve warm.
