Description

Crispy and flavorful chicken egg rolls, perfect as a snack or appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one corner of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the corner over the filling, roll tightly, and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to get a nice crispy texture. Be careful not to overfill the egg rolls, as they may burst while frying. Optionally, egg rolls can be baked for a healthier option.
