- 1 lb chicken feet
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame oil to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken feet and blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Add the chicken feet, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 30-45 minutes until chicken feet are tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
Notes
Make sure to rinse the chicken feet well to remove any impurities. Adjust spices according to taste.
