Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken feet
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame oil to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken feet and blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the chicken feet, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30-45 minutes until chicken feet are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
