Description

A delicious dish featuring tender chicken, fresh spinach, and creamy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Pasta or rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through.
  6. Serve over pasta or rice, garnished with additional spinach and cheese if desired.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer after adding the cream. Fresh spinach provides better taste and texture than frozen.
