- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form mixture into small patties and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm as appetizers or quick meals.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot before adding the patties for a crispy texture. Add herbs for extra flavor, or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
