Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Form mixture into small patties and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
